Wrong time-stamp on NT7 opening

    here a chart uppdate -- still this 16:21 H candle as current one - now its 15:52 H here.
    price moves a lot but no new made bar

          clock gets synced every 3 min automaticaly.

          if i shut down NT now + re-open + reconnect the new current bar will be the time of NT-reopen and all backfill will be OK.

          then the story starts again - currentbar will be offset 1 hour + stucks on this timestamp.

          i do it now to show you this.
          please ask some of your NT-folks what this can be, i think this needs a trick to fix from someone who knows this yet.

              NT re-started and re-connected -- shows 17:02 H

                Third party software which rapidly syncs PC clocks can, counter intuitively, create issues within NinjaTrader's time reporting.

                Please disable this software from loading and restart your PC. Once you've restarted, please manually sync the clock and check NT's time once more.

                  this is no "software", i just choosed a smaller intervall in the windows-OS-autoupdating
                  and i ran this like this with NT since 2 years like this now.

                  it is NO Third party software !

                    In the message, please include:
                    1.) A link to this forum thread.

                    2.) Your most current trace file.
                    You'll find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
                    Today's trace file will be named 'trace.20110314.txt'.

                      hi all,

                      i still fight this issue on my NT7

                      NT- support wasnt able to get whats wrong yet.

                      a friend helped me later yesterday,
                      he asked 3 intelligent questions and we found the direction of the issue.

                      my NT7 - loads wrong historical data since yesterday.
                      we had daylight time change in US at the weekend and that caused this kind of strange behavior in my NT somehow.

                      its not the PC clock, not the timezones or whatever. i tested everything.
                      its not zenfire feed, its the same with TT feed - test done an hour ago.

                      its NinjaTrader that loads a 1 hour shiftet historical datas as basic backfill from a server
                      or - somehow - it gets shifted while coming into my NT -
                      i dont know when and where exactly this happens

                      but this is the real main issue.
                      this messes up my charts.

                      Time & Sales is not in snyc with my charts.
                      realtime datas come exactly how it should.
                      this happens across all instruments.

                      thats the result of last night + todays checks.

                      if there are ideas what to do, they are welcome!
