    Wrong time-stamp on NT7 opening

    hi,
    i messed with this the whole EU-morning - couldnt find out whats wrong here :

    when i open NT and connect to zenfire and open a chart, the chart has a timestamp 1 hour ahead of my local time + my PC time.
    the price is moving, datas coming in BUT no new bar comes up.
    the price sits on the current bar for one hour, its price changing is OK.
    but no new bar formes out

    after 1 hour staying on the same bar the time is in sync with my PC-local time and new bars starts to building.

    i did all things folks had in mind to fix this, resetting repairing DB, reloading hist. datas etc.
    nothing worked,

    this happens on all instruments
    All this was OK on friday
    All this appears on 2 diff PCs

    here a pic of how it looks after a NT restart.

    any ideas whats wrong here ?

    Please right click in your chart and select 'Data Series'.
    What 'Session Template' setting do you have in place?

    Which build of NinjaTrader 7 are you using? (Help > About)

    Who is your data provider?

        Please middle mouse click on the most current bar. What date/time is reported?

        To confirm, this bar is updating in real-time - is that correct?

          i open NT + connect to zen.

          now the current Bar is exactly 1 hour ahead of the local-real-PC time.

            1.) What is your timezone?

            2.) Please middle mouse click on the most current bar. I need you to provide the OHLC values as well as the date and time stamps.

              timezone = Berlin time -- 15:21 H now here

              reopend NT right now new + connected -- see pic
              shows 16:21 H

                  XP and yes it is.

                  it worked on friday + before.
                  weekend i didnt use NT
                  mondaymorning - got this mess ...

                    Thanks for the clarification.

                    I've seen very similar behavior with other XP users in the past when a non-critical upgrade was missing. Could I get you to double-check to make sure that there are no non-critical updates available?

                      this can not happen from one day to the other caused from OS not updating

                        i have this on 2 PC - same problem - tested the whole morning

                        one PC has RC 2
                        other has RC 4

                          I understand your opinion, but request you check all the same - there's no benefit in skipping over this.

                          Also, when you report using 'RC 2' and 'RC 4' I take it that you're referring to NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.2 and NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.4, is that correct?

                              Thanks for double-checking.

                              Even when using your timezone on my end in both 7.0.1000.2 and 7.0.1000.4, I'm seeing time reflected correctly. (see attached)

                              Could you please shut down NinjaTrader, sync your PC's clock, then restart the software and check to see if timestamps are now listed correctly?
