What do when ATM not working and not show stop and targets in entry window Basic or Fx Pro, area where i can modify stops/targets ( TARGET1,2 STOP1,STOP2)
I have simple ATM Startegy two targets. no stop strategies. Sometimes work sometimes not work. Today not work. |

Hello,
Thank you for your post. Please confirm you have the same account selected from the Accounts drop down menu in all Order Entries you would like to view the Active ATM Strategy. Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

When I place order BUY LONG or SELL SHORT i can seen "ATM" is activated but can't seen STOPS and tragets those are not really active.
its shows active ATM strategy but there is no any stops or targets. and cant see in orders/tab window also. |

Does this occur after the execution occurs and you are in the position? The Stop Loss and Profit Target will not show up within the Orders tab until your entry order has executed.

Yes after execution, when I PRESS button buy / sell
I cant's see any stop or target order in Basic Entry/FxPro and orders tab and not in chart trader. Also these are market orders Those are executed, 1. Its activatig ATM. 2) I can see Basic Entry my position, Green box Red Box and how many items.

I think there is some seriuos problem with ATM, when saving parameters, it can mess things.
I deleted all my ATM strategies , stop strategies. and setting same parameters and now it works. |
