License for Forex trading with Gain Capital/Forex.com

I have NT and an account with Gain Capital/Forex.com and want to trade live (actual and demo account). I followed the instructions on the NT site under "Support Center" where you request a free live trading version license. In my case I am request to supply my NT license number. After I press the Submit button I get a blank HTML page. Also, I have not yet received any confirmation email - I requested about 4 hours ago.

Is this normal - that's fine, but if not - can I get my license:-)

Thank you for posting.

The Free version sim license key is generated and sent immediately when you download NT. Sometimes this can end up in your junk email folder.

The Free version Gain License key for live trading can take a little longer to be processed by our Sales Department.
