Hi,
I keep getting these errors on creating a new chart. They say my connection is not available, but it clearly is as I have "Connected - Zen-Fire" in the lower left corner of the Control Center. It doesn't seem to hurt anything, as the chart loads the historical data and then continues to update as new data is received. Do I need to do anything about this? KBJ |

Try restarting NT. The historical server is a separate connection. We will check on our end to make sure its still runnning.

I just re-ran the NinjaTrader setup and selected "repair" and restarted NinjaTrader but this still seems to be a problem. No noticeable change.

The problem is that you are not getting connected to the historical data server. The server is up and running and there are no other reports like yours.
- Please ensure that you have no firewalls blocking NT - Did you possibly change any historical data server IP address settings under Tools > Options ?
