Hello, I am having trouble loading the 32 bit software on my 64 bit machine. For one, i have always been able to use the 32bit with no problems up until recently. When trying to load the 32bit, the splash screen opens but nothing else happens, when checking in task manager i can see ninjatrader in the processes section and i have to end process to restart, but it still never opens. When trying to load the 64 bit version, it loads fine however i cannot connect to my data feed trading technologies. Can someone tell me how i can fix this so that the 32 bit works on my machine again? Thank you very much.
I have tried to reinstall the software already and many attempts to restart the computer and shut down.... |

Welcome to the NinjaTrader Support Forums! Please send your Log & Trace files for the date this occurred. From the NinjaTrader Control Center go to Help > ‘Email to Support…’ and check the box by “Log & Trace file” Please also make sure to include a reference to this forum thread. Thank you,

getting really frustrated. How am I supposed to have a reliable platform if I cannot even load it to trade.

In order to understand what is taking place please send your Log & Trace files for the date this occurred. From the NinjaTrader Control Center go to Help > ‘Email to Support…’ and check the box by “Log & Trace file” Please also make sure to include a reference to this forum thread. Thank you,
