Hi,
I had NT 7 rc1 crash twice today. The first time I was not in front of the comp when it happened. The second time it happened after my internet connection went down. I had to re-start NT to get things going again. Both times this happened I had incorrect price data come in. NT was not showing the correct price as compared to my IB feed. I called IQ and everything was fine on their end. I restarted my computer the first time to correct the problem. I logged off the second time to correct the problem. See the attached. I included a second EOD graph for reference - it appears that the data was significantly delayed. Thinking back over that time - I remember thinking that the market was unusually slow for EOD. |

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line. In the message, include the following: 1.) A link to this forum thread. 2.) Your most current trace file. You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace folder. Today's trace file will be named 'trace.20101129.txt'.

Happened again today at about 10 minutes before close.
See attached for the error window. Looks like NT froze when the connection became available again. After I closed NT and restarted, the data feed was fine. Just an update: I only had one one linked MA window up today, where as yesterday I had two. |
