NT 7.0.0.23 Data box problem in replay mode

    NT 7.0.0.23 Data box problem in replay mode

    NT 7.0.0.23 running replay mode, when I middle-click a candle on time chart (minute) NT popped up a dialog saying "NinjaTrader has detected a problem and needs to shut down..."
    (see attached). NT ran okay after clicking the OK button.

    I have found a work-around this problem.
    1) In the Data Series changed Type from minute to range; click OK
    2) Middle-button click on a candle to make sure that Data Box displayed
    3) Go back to Data Series and changed Type back to minute; click OK

    Now middle button would work.

    Hello hcgaloi,

    Unfortunately we need a reproducible scenario in order to further troubleshoot the error.

    Are you able to reproduce the issue after a restart of NinjaTrader?

    When I test it on my end, I do not experience an error when middle clicking a price candle in a minute chart.

      Hi Jason,

      Yes, I can reproduce the problem every time. It could be chart templates problem. I have been reusing the same ones for the last several beta updates. I usually create new ones whenever there is a "major" updates

        Do you still have the chart template that experienced the issue available? If so, please send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Attn Jason' in the subject header and reference this forum thread.

        If possible, please include the workspace you had opened when the issue occurred as well.

        Workspaces are located at (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->workspaces. Chart templates reside at (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->templates-->Chart.

          Please disregard my previous post. I have been informed the issue you reported will be fixed in the next release of NinjaTrader 7.
