Default time stamp in T&S

Hello,

the time stamps in Times & Sales are lacking almost 1.5 minutes with NT-Beta22 on one computer. On another computer (NT7 beta22, too) the time stamps are 10 sec to early. Both computers have their clock updated and use the same internet connection. Any idea what is going on and how to correct it?

Cheers,
Markus

Thanks, I could unfortuntately not reproduce on my end here with my TT account, the timestamps are accurate in the scope of the local synched PC clock as expected.

What .NET framework are you running and which OS do you use here?

I would then try a freshly installed .NET including all updates, patches or service packs for it, if you like to get the instructions how to do this, please email us at support at ninjatrader dot com.

Next thing would be using a dedicated sync software for the PC clock and then rechecking, I sync at 15 min intervals throughout the trading day and have not seen such issues on my end.

Markus, did you uninstall all .NET frameworks downto and including the 2.0 before installing the 4.0?

Bertrand, after uninstalling all existing .NET versions and installing the newest one the time stamps of T&S within NT7-Beta22 are 10 sec earlier then my PC clock. Strange...

Markus, thanks - would it be an option for me testing with your TT connection here on my end to check into? You can contact me directly at support at ninjatrader dot com.
