Upon opening a YM chart I get an error. The chart is not able to backfill the chart however new ticks are plotted fine. My ES charts seem to work fine so it's only happening for YM.
Here is the error: Error on loading chart data: Error on loading chart data: The provider could not determine the Object value. For example, the row was just created, the default for the Object column was not available, and the consumer had not yet set a new Object value. How do I fix this? Thanks. |

Hi:
Thank you for your note. Which datafeed/broker are you connected to for your data? Are you authorized to receive data for the YM and other CBOT instruments? Has this happened before with the YM or is this the first time you have had this occur? Can you reproduce? Try closing your chart and open a new YM chart, in the Format Data Series window, check the last date field, is this set to today's date? If not, please change and then open your new YM chart. Best regards,
Ryan

Hi:
I just spoke to another Support team member who was checking your post and they also suggested that you try repairing your database as an option to resolve. Close your chart From the NT Control Center, go to Tools > Options > Misc tab and choose 'Repair DB'. Shutdown NT and restart the application. Connect again to your datafeed and open a new chart. Does the data load successfully?

Looks like it's fixed. I had to repair the database and then reload some historical data. Apparently some stuff got corrupted.
