FDAX missing friday data

Hello,
using NT7 B21 and IB.

in NT7 Friday data is missing today (allthough I had all friday data on friday).

In IB TWS I can open a chart with friday data.

The problem is in NT, which for some reason masks out friday data.

Similar problem was reported by me already 2 times back in July and Agust.

10:30 AM CET reload hostircal data -> FRIDAY MISSING
10:55 AM CET reload hostircal data -> ALL WORKING, FRIDAY PRESENT

Can you please tell me if the issue only occurs for the FDAX or all instruments?

Do you see any error message in the Control Center-->Log-tab at the time of 10:30 CET?

Does the Historical Data Manager-->Edit-tab list Friday's historical data?

In addition, do you load all requested data if you would create a new chart at 10:30 CET?

I have often have some data missing, but this time with IB as a data source it it there. See chart below. Using default session templates.

But could well be that this morning it would not have loaded correctly.

Answering because I also use NT 7.0.0.21 with IB.

But as I said I have had similar problems that could not be reproduced on all machines, but just one some of them.

it seems to me that last monday was OK, but last monday I was trading little and then only remotely , so I could not verify too much.

OK, I try to track even better,

but it is for some time that the problem of Friday data missing on monday morning is here.
Today I observed that my indicators refering fridays data (price @ future close 22:00 CET) were giving correct results. This would mean that the data series was containing the correct data including friday. But the chart would not display the data. Only after 10:55 CET after a reload historical data friday data was displayed correctly.

Thank you for clarifying. I will test a FDAX 12-10 chart next week on Monday at 10:30 CET (GMT +1) and check if I can reproduce it.

I was getting ready to setup the FDAX test, however I noticed our IB connection does not provide any FDAX data - it is not authorized. So I could not test it on my end.

Were you able to reproduce the issue on your end this morning?

Today everything was working fine.

to get FDAX data in IB you must pay their data fee (20 Eur ? /month)

today, 18.10.2010 8:04 CET problem here again, but only on FGBL 12-10:

Friday data for FGBL 12-10 is missing. Real-time data is displayed correctly (and flagged 18-10).

See the screen dump .

The time scale on the bottom shows 15-10, and the data is however from 18-10.

Checking the bars there is only 1 bar present for 15-10 and this is a bar with time stamp 22:15 CET , (but real close is 22:00)

Running NT 7.0.0.22 on InteractiveBrokers. Friday's data was correctly loaded: Chart taken at 11:00 AM CET.

The only difference I noticed is the country settings. Might be related to that.

Hello zweistein,

Can you please check what session template is loaded in your chart and what time zone is selected for the session template. You can check this at Control Center-->Tools-->Session Manager.

Please tell me what time zone is used on your PC as well.

If you plot other Eurex futures that display historical data as expected, can you please load the same session template in the FGBL chart and check if this will make a difference.

you are corect: at 11 AM or later (now 12:20) after a reload historical data I also get the friday data.
But not at 8 AM in the morning. Then it is missing.

(seems related to NinjaTrader server reset on monday mornings.
