Heikin Ashi on a different panel

Hi,

Is it possible to plot the HA bars (stock indicator), on a different panel then the regular candle bars?

Right now, as it is, the HA bars plot over the candles, and if I attempt to move them to a different price panel, the main panels show up as blank.

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to plot the stock HA indicator in another panel. I will, however, forward this enhancement request on to my development team for further consideration as a future addition.

I managed a workaround of sorts by programming an indicator to "paint" the candles, hence allowing them to appear. However, I can't get the wick to show, probably because they're still set at the default transparent due to HA. Is there a command I can use to force the wick to paint a specific color?

Version 7 introduces a new property here - CandleOutlineColor that is used to set the color of wicks, and candleoutline.

Version 7 also allows you to have multiple series on the same chart. You can have HA series in a panel other than the primary. One thing you may run into here is that the series can't be identical, so you wouldn't be able to have HA set as the same series as the primary.
