Why Market Replay always shows a gap in information

I would like to know why Market Replay always has a gap of historical data that did not record.

For instance, if i start recording at 7am... the previous bar might show at 3am.... so I get a 4 hour gap that completely messes up the moving averages, etc.

Why does this happen?

Hello Pedro,

You will only replay the data you recorded for the day you connect to. If you started recording at 7 AM, the Market Replay data will start at 7 AM.

When I test it on my end, there is no historical data (note that this is different than Market Replay data) for the date I connect to in the chart. It will only replay data I recorded for that date. I do display historical data for the date before the Market Replay date in my chart.

I think it would be a huge improvement if Market Replay used Historical data up to the minute where I started recording INSTEAD of previous day.

THis would make Market Replay even better.
