Default Missing Historical Data Starting at 13:00

Hi,

I'm using NT version 6.0.1000.4 and IB TWS 874.4

I have tried everything I know but my historical data is missing from 13:00 onward. The problem begins on 9/4/07. Everthing until then is fine. I have gone into control center > tools > historical data and it shows it having loaded/reloaded and when I open a new chart/s this is what I'm getting. My second post is a five minute daily chart with multiple days showing. This will happen with any underlying entered. What do I need to do to resolve this? Thanks.

Thanks for posting.

What time zone are you in? Pacific US by the looks of it? I am in Denver (Mountain Time) and the data loads as expected and looks exactly like yours. After 2 PM (1 PM your time) the bars are extremely thin since US equities market is closed after that time.

Hi:

Please try this, go to chart properties and set your session begins times and ends times to 9:30am and 4:00pm respectively.

Open a show databox window and take a screen shot of your chart for today for this instrument.

Does the data appear similar to my chart?

Hi Ryan,

Thanks for your help. Somehow the time clock on my computer got backed up 3 hours. After some finigling everything is back where it is supposed to be. Thanks for your help and I'm sorry I didn't catch the cause earlier. Best Wishes
