Default Connection Problem Zen Data..

This morning am having a problem connecting to Mirus Zen data...get multiple error messages...screen shots below...historical data will not load on some charts but chart data will build from point of connection...first time have gotten error messages like this....tick data on another charting program comes in OK...

Hello Alfred,

Thank you for your post.

For this issue, please remove, repair, and recreate the connection to Zen-Fire:
• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
• Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Data tab--> click Repair DB
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

Recreate the connection. For convenience, this link included the instructions:

After you connect to Zen-Fire, confirm that your Session Template includes the full period for which you are trying to load/view data for; e.g. ‘Default 24/7’

Please let me know if this does not resolve the issue.

Yes...your instructions did the trick...things seem to work OK now...historical data loaded OK and everything updates OK now...

Incidentally...I typically delete all data in the NT7 data base each evening...then charts fill in much quicker at start up next day.
