    Zenfire connection problems

    I got disconnected from Zen twice between 9:20 and 9:30 NY time this morning, and now I can't connect at all.

    I'm also am unable to connect. I've tried 6.5 and 7, no luck.

      I'm having the same issues this morning. I'm not getting any data. My charts and superdome are frozen.

        I can't connect either. Been trying the last 25 minutes. It goes to the place where it says it's connecting in type in the bottom left hand corner but doesn't follow through and actually connect. Received one "Unable to connect notice" and have shut NT down several times and reopened it. I'm in CA if that makes any difference.

        Now it finally connected. Don't trust it though.

        Now my data is frozen too. Missed the mini rebound a few minutes ago. It's too bad there continues to be issues with this feed.

            Using NT7 20 and also having connection issues

            I am currently connected but servers will not load Historical data. I was disconnected several times between 9:20 and 9:35AM eastern.

            OK. Seems to have loaded historical data now after disconnecting twice again. Hope this means whatever has been fixed.

              Hello all,

              Unfortunately the historical data server had to be reset this morning.

              Could you please restart NinjaTrader and re-connect to Zen-Fire. You should now be able to get connected for real-time and historical data.

              There will be historical data missing between 9:26 AM - 9:34 AM EDT. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

                I had the same issue and now I can't even start NT

                I was disconnected and now I cannot start NT after I closed it, what should I do to be able to start NT again?

                        it just says connecting, no error mesage - nothing

                        i tried resetting the database, no help

                          guys i had same problem this morning...it connected eventually after nearly 10 minutes of waiting. i do not have a slow connection or a slow computer, quite the contrary actually.

                            I was able to connect for about 5 minutes but got disonnected again.
