I have 3 strategies in my strategies tab based on natural gas (NG) and for some reason, in live trading, they never trade. However, if you check the historical records, the strategy was indeed supposed to trade on those days. I do see this error in the log file:
Data.MarketData.StartNow: exception caught: item has already been added. Key in ditionary: "NGUO" key being added: "NGUO" Any idea as to what is going on? |

Hello,
Thank you for your forum post. Are you running this strategy on multiple instrument and it only occurs on NG? What version of NinjaTrader are you using this is located in the Control Center->Help->About... I need the full version number to the right of the NinjaTrader logo. I look forward to assisting you further.

Yes the same strat is used to trade other products too. I'm using 7.19.

pmorissette, is this a reproducible event? If so, could you please provide us with your strategy code, the settings used, timeframe, instrument settings, the exact steps that lead to the error, and anything else you believe would help us replicate this event? Thank you.
