    BUG: NT7bXX Login failed: Unable to login (10006)

    It is translated from Russian by means of the program.

    In general having spent 2 hours for the decision of a problem of start NinjaTrader 7 on Windows 7 (after reinstallation) I have found the decision. All business in a line of connection NinjaTrader 7 to server Zen-Fire.
    Here from the car on which all works:
    REngineParams:: sAdmin: [email protected]
    Here with not the working car:
    REngineParams:: sAdmin: NinjaTrader-ALEXSTAL-ПК[email protected]

    All business in Russian letters in computer "ALEXSTAL-ПК" name. If to rename the computer with use only the English alphabet - that all apprx.

    Thank you for your post.

    Please take the following steps:

    1.) Shut down NinjaTrader and sync your PC's clock.
    You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.






    2.) After syncing the clock, restart NinjaTrader. Next, remove the connection to Zen-Fire and re-create it.
    • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
    • Restart NinjaTrader
    • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

      Yes is not present! I have written you the decision of this problem! If in a computer name to use Russian letters - that will not join! If to rename the computer - that all ок!
      Time synchronisation here at anything!

        Hello AlexSTAL,

        The (1006) message, in most cases, indicates time synchronization issues. Please test this out as I am not having issues logging in when setting my region in windows to match your own.

          Kyle, sync doesn't always help.
          Alex seems to have found another solution to "unable to connect 10006" problem with NT7 on ZF. If a computer name contains non-Latin letters (Cyrillic in his case), you'll get this message and won't be able to connect. Getting rid of the Cyrillic (or any other non-Latin letters) in your computer name eliminates the connection error - per Alex. It needs to be checked but totally makes sense given we've had a lot of these error messages in Eastern Europe/Russia with a very low success rate of fixing them with regular methods.

            You do not have Russian letters in a computer name! Therefore and problems are not present! I have written the decision of this problem!

              Can you confirm that you are speaking of PC name rather than user name? Unfortunately, I'm not clear on this per your original message.

                        It's quite possible that Rithmic doesn't recognize non-Latin characters when it's logging the machine name.

                          Thank you for your patience.

                          My development team reports that no NinjaTrader change would allow you to overcome this issue. You will need to remove the Cyrillic characters from the PC name in order to connect.
