When using a scale out strategy on the dom.... say with 3 targets... are the targets considered "Stop Orders" or "Stop Limit Orders"?
The consideration is inthat regardto the new cancel/mod fee imposed by cme and passed thru to us by IB. A "Stop Limit Order" is native to globex while a "Stop Order" is simulated by IB... which from what i understand will not be subject to the cancel/mod fee. Here is a link to IB's order types : http://www.interactivebrokers.com/cg...le=GLOBEX.html Clarification would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

OK.. so ... since limit orders are native to the exchange, the cancel/mod fee would apply.
Thanks |

Once that policy is in place, then yes.
