Hi NT support,
Presently, Resetting of alerts in the alert window removes ALL the alerts. I wish, that resetting may clear ONLY those alerts that are below the currently selected one. This will help in retaining the most recent alerts before clearing the old ones. Thanks. murthymsr |

Hello murthymsr,
Thank you for your post & suggestion. Yes – currently right-clicking & selecting ‘Reset’ will clear & reset all alerts. However, I will forward this suggestion to our Development Department so that they can review further. Please let us know if we can answer any additional questions.
