Ninja thinks it has an open position when in fact it was closed (through Ninja NOT IB TWS). How can I "flatten" or delete without making a trade

Hi,
Thank you for your post. If this is in Sim mode, please go to Tools--> Options--> Simulator tab and then reset the Simulator. If this is in Live mode, please check with your broker if you are flat. If you are, please reboot your machine and see if you still have the open position when you restart the software. If this is the case, you need to wait until the end of the day when IB resets their servers since the signal about the open position comes from their servers. After the server recycle the position should then be gone. Vince
