Exporting data from historical data manager doesn't work

Exporting data from historical data manager just doesn't work. (I tested several times on my own computer, and a friend with full licensed version also had exactly same problem, which I observed by screen-sharing)

Hangs up with message "Retrieving export data".... forever (

Does the file actually export or is it only stuck with the status bar?

Also what instrument and expiry are you trying to export and what data type are you trying to export as far as was this Last data for minute, tick, or daily data?

Also about around what dates where you exporting?

The file doesn't export.

It was $GBPUSD Ask data 1minute, about 4 or 5 months' of data from 2010 (but it happened on other data in the past too - I just can't remember what symbol etc that was.)

Have you tried exporting data without this issue?
