Default cannot load historical data

guys, I shut down for awhile and rebooted my PC. I restarted NT. I have a gap from 9:00 to 10:45 and re-load data is dimmed even though I'm connected to GAIN.

Hi this happens to me, i hadnīt use my sim. for about a month and i get a hugeee gap from the last day i stared ninja up until today, is there a way a can load that data

i am using lates beta on nt7

Thank you for the clarification.

We did experience an outage of our historical data server today. Please restart NinjaTrader, reconnect and let me know if the data is still unavailable.

Kyle this happened to me two days ago...i dont know really how to reload the data of almost 1.5 months ...there is simply a huge gap and options like reload historical data ,or restarting ninja doesnt work

Hi danieljsalas,

You could use the Tools > Historical Data > Reload menu for this purpose.

After selecting that menu, select the instrument you wish to use, fill in your range options then select the interval of data you wish to load.

Thank you for the clarification.

Please shut down NinjaTrader then upgrade to the current version via the following link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/do...g_software.htm

After upgrading, please restart, reconnect and historical data should become available.

Unfortunately, there was a brief outage of the NinjaTrader historical data server that resulted in data not being recorded between 11:52 AM EST - 12:11 PM EST. The server is back up and running, but if you require historical data for this period, that data would need to be loaded from a secondary source.

Ok, I'll upgrade, but to clarify; even once I do, I won't be able to reload because of the server, I would have to go to some other source, yes?

Do you know of some other source?

1.) You will be able to reload all data except the data that occurred between 11:52 AM EST - 12:11 PM EST.

2.) BarChart, eSignal and DTN.IQ all offer a 'data only' service which may fit your needs.
