Hello kenomalley,
Thank you for your post. On my end, I am seeing values being reported in the Data Box. Can you tell me which instrument you are looking at? If you open a new workspace (File > Workspaces > New Workspace), then add a new chart there within, do you see the same behavior?

Hi kenomalley,
In addition to my last post, the chart will need to be actively selected (i.e.: clicked on) before values will be shown within the data box.

Hi kenomalley,
Connection order would be important in this case. When using multiple connections, data will be requested from the first connection established. So, to ensure that daily data is coming from Kinetick, you would need to connect to Kinetick first and then connect to Zen-Fire. For more information about how NinjaTrader uses multiple connections, please see the following link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...onnections.htm

Having difficulty...specifically for futures, if I connect to Kinetick (1st) and ZenFire (2nd), i get correct EOD data but intraday (5,15,60 min) not working. IF i connect Zen (1st) and Kinetick (2nd) intraday works fine but EOD inaccurate

Hi kenomalley,
When connecting to Kinetick EOD first, intraday futures data will be unavailable. When connecting to Zen-Fire first, all data (daily and intraday) will be coming from this provider. Can you elaborate on how the daily data loaded from the Zen-Fire connection is inaccurate?

Attached are 2 daily (ES) charts, Kinetick and Zen, which illustrates the difference (inaccuracy) of the Zen daily .

The Zen-Fire daily bars for futures are constructed off of the regular session, 8:30 to 3:15 Central. I believe Kinetick is likely the electronic session. This would account for the difference. The Zen-Fire historical data server is limited in that it can only associate one session definition (RTH in this case) per instrument which is unlike some data companies that would have two symbols for their daily bars, one for RTH and another for ETH.
