Hi Support,
I am using Ninjacharts for plotting YM and I have several templates I am suing. I accidently saved one template as "default template". So,whenever I open a chart it is showing the chart with the template. I am trying to see like a basic 3 min YM chart and unable to see it. I also tried to remove the default template, but it is not letting me to. How can say to Ninja, to not apply any templates when it opens a chart, so that I just see a simple and clean chart. Is there any configuration setting I can apply to achieve this. Thanks RK |

Hello RK,
Thank you for your post. You can reset your charts back to default by right clicking in the Chart -> Properties -> Click Reset and then apply. This should allow you to set your charts back to default. Once you have a chart set back to default, select the menu Templates-->Save As Default from the right mouse click context menu within a chart. |

Thanks Chris for the quick reply. I just tried this. But when I right clicking in the Chart -> Properties -> Click Reset and then apply, it is not removing any indicators on my chart which were already there, something moving averages, MACD .etc. I guess it is just resetting the visual properties but not the chart templates.
Can you please let me know how I can remove the chart template,so that I can see just the plain and clean chart without any templates. Thanks RK |

Hello RK,
Now that you have reset all of the visuals, you can remove the indicators from the chart by right clicking -> Indicators and remove all of them. Additional information on removing indicators can be found below. http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...ndicators.html Once you have a chart set back to default, select the menu Templates-->Save As Default from the right mouse click context menu within a chart. |
