Default OCO orders in SuperDOM

Hey, guys. I'm trying to create a strategy using an OCO entry pair in the dynamic SuperDOM. I want to set a buy limit (for when the price falls to it) and a sell limit (for when it rises to it) where one cancels other. However, the ladder isn't allowing me. Once I place my buy limit below market price, it sees my sell limit as an exit instead of another entry. I do have the OCO option checked (green box with 'oc' is there). Any help? Thanks!

Hi yamr682003,

Thank you for your note.

Please use the steps I have provided below to enter this order type:
  • Right mouse click within the SuperDOM
  • Enable OCO
  • Submit your Buy Limit Order
  • Submit your Sell Limit Order
  • Right mouse click within the SuperDOM
  • Disable OCO
Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

Thank you, Chris, but unfortunately, that's the exact problem. Even with OCO enabled, the SuperDOM will not allow me to place a corresponding buy and sell limit orders. Once the buy is placed, when trying to place the sell limit, SuperDOM informs me that I cannot place an exit order until an entry order is filled (i.e. the sell limit is seen as an exit order). :/

Nevermind. I can get it to work, but I have to take off my strategy template. This completely defeats the purpose as my ATM has the SL and PT setup.

You can accomplish this as well with ATM Strategies attached. Please use the steps below to achieve this:
  • Enable OCO
  • Select the ATM Strategy
  • Submit your first order
  • Select an ATM Strategy again for the second order
  • Submit the second order
  • Disable OCO
