Work Spaces Not Saved

Booting into Ninja this AM, my workspace did not appear. Exiting Ninja yesterday, I saved "all" as well as backed it up.

I built a new workspace and exited Ninja after saving "all." Again, upon re-booting into Ninja, this workspace was not available.

Oops! Forgot to mention that restoring yesterday's backup did not help.

Can you please tell me what version of NinjaTrader you have installed. You can check this at Help-->About.

Could the following have happened? Upon closing down the software, you closed charts part of the workspace. Subsequently when prompted to save your workspace, you clicked Yes or Yes to all. This caused your workspace to save without the charts, since they are closed.

If the workspace name is reflected in the upper left corner of the Control Center but no charts are opened, you will need to re-save your workspace. Open up new charts via File-->New-->Chart and other windows. Subsequently save your workspace via File-->Workspaces-->Save Workspace. Do not close any of these windows. Restart NinjaTrader and check if the workspace opens as saved. More information regarding workspaces can be found at the link below.
