PatSystems vs ZenFire

Hi,

I was hoping that someone could shed some light on a problem I am having.

I am connecting to an AMP(ZenFire) data feed from New Zealand and my brother in the UK is connection to a Global(PatSystems) data feed.

The problem we are having is that when I am looking at a chart (Say ES 120 tick) and he is looking at the same chart from his side we get different information.

We are both looking at OHLC bars and the price, as it is coming in, appears to be the same but he is getting far less bars appearing than I am. For instance it is taking approximately a minite for a bar to form on his chart yet I have about 6 bars appearing every minute which makes his 120 tick chart look totally different to my 120 tick chart. I cant see this as being a chart set up problem as we have gone through all the settings to check this and bars are formed on the tick value selected, right?

Any thoughts on this will be most appreciated, thank you.
