live Trading with MB Trading

I have just started trading live with MBT using a Ninja Startegy but this morning have had the following problem as shown on the attached chart.

The Strategy correctly opened 10,000 Lots (O.1 actual Lot) and then on the release of the trade figures should have reversed the position to 10,000 long.

What actually happened is that it closed 6000 short, then opened 6,000 Long at 15388 then opened a further 4,000 Long at 15391 leaving 4,000 Short still open and thus instead of being 10,000 Long I am now only 6,000 Long.

I can only presume that 6,000 (0.06 Lots) was all that was available at the price which seems odd at a major trading time of the day but evenif this is the case why did it not close the remaining 4,000 short positions and most importantly what changes can I make to make sure that it does?

Hi Nigel, as discussed via our support email this was caused by a partial fill...we'll review trace and logs to understand why it did not amend as needed.
