NinjaScript File Sharing Policy and Disclaimer

1. You MAY ONLY post NinjaScript code created by you personally and which you are authorized to publish publicly. By submitting NinjaScript code in this forum you are representing and warranting to NinjaTrader, LLC that the original developer/creator/author if not you personally is identified accurately and you have full permission/authorization to publicly publish all such code. You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless NinjaTrader, LLC and its affiliates from and against all consequences if any of the foregoing is not true.

2. You MAY ONLY post unprotected code where the source code is fully disclosed.

3. You MAY NOT post protected files (DLLs) or any NinjaScript code that references external DLL's.

4. NinjaTrader, LLC has the right to remove any submissions for any reason at any time.

5. If you post any code that does not belong to you, or the publication of which would constitute an infringement of any kind on the rights of others, or which is intended to be defamatory, abusive, or offensive, you agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless NinjaTrader, LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses that result, and, without limiting any other rights or remedies NinjaTrader, LLC may have against you, you will lose all privileges to participate and contribute to this forum.

6. By installing, using in whole or in part any code posted in this forum you agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless NinjaTrader, LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses that may be incurred as a result having downloaded and/or used any or all of the available code.
