Hi trader1512,

Thank you for your post.

1.) Please let me know which data provider you are using with NinjaTrader.

2.) Please provide me with an image of the Level II window as an example.
To take a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and attach the file to your next reply to this thread.

You just beat me to this post !! I pulled up my Level II screen for the first time and the first thing I noticed was that there was no ECN ids...

I haven't had time to dive into the properties yet, however...

Keep me posted...

Hello trader1512,

Thank you for providing the image, I see what you mean.

Unfortunately, with Zen-Fire, this result can be expected -
Only 10 levels of depth are available through Zen-Fire.
No ID's are available through Zen-Fire.

Hi trader1512,

1.) "should i assume the size data is total, retail, paper and commercial. is that a correct assumption."

I would suggest that you contact your broker / Zen-Fire with this question. My assumption would be that this is a total, but I can find no confirmation of this.

2.) "anyone have a reference on how to best use this data for confirming setups, etc?"

I have no additional documentation on the use of this window beyond what you will find in the section of our Help Guide that begins at the following link: http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...verview43.html

ok, so call your data provider. ok, so look at the help guide. geez, is there anything you can help me with. i didnt think it was a tough question. the help guide doesnt really provide any information on what it means, maybe as a trading platform provider you might be able to refer me to something that can help my take advantage of your tools.

Hi trader1512,

Unfortunately, I have no recommendations on how to use this window, nor can I link you to any documentation that could provide that.

If you require educational support on the use of the utilities, we do have a number of partners who offer those types of services. For a complete list, please see the following link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/pa..._education.htm
