Breakout strategy

Hi,

id like to ask how can i set this strategy to Ninja Trader:

1. enter to long position at highest high +1 tick range from 9:30 to 10:30 or short at lowest low -1 tick from the same range
2. stop loss will be set to oposite side of entry, if entry will be to long position then stop loss will be at lowest low -1 tick.
3. exit position at stop loss or at 18:00

or at least how to set automatically (not by hand) the stoploss the way i wrote above.

NinjaTrader can not generate entries or exits based on indicators or chart data. As an alternative, you can use a charting application to generate these signals and pass them to NT for order processing. OK, but how to create bracket order and when is long or short order executed, make automatically the second order as stoploss ?

Sorry but i havent found the information on the web.......
There is only OCA orders described.

Maybe im blind but i just cant find there the information, i have read whole ninjatrader.com site.
