Handling of native Orders

Hello,

I've two questions:

1. What happens with a Stop-Order for DAX Futures that was placed via API (DLL Interface)? Is that Stop-Order hold at exchange (Eurex) or is that order hold in NinjaTrader or J-Trader?

2. What happens with a Stop-Limit-Order for DAX Futures that was placed via API?

I'm using NinjaTrader with J-Trader (PATSYSTEMS) with RCG.

Why does NinjaTrader not support synthetic orders when using PATSYSTEMS while IB synthetic orders are supported?
