Default Rev9 Data corruption issue and delete from historical manager error

This morning I had bad data from midnight until I logged in, in GC 4-10 using zenfire. I tried right clicking and reloading all historical data it did not fix the issue. So I went to the historical data manager (edit tab) and selected GC 04-10 to delete. Keep in mind all this time I am connected to zenfire. This error below was generated. Had to restart Ninja and then it refetched GC data correctly upon connection.

If there are ever data corruption issues, what is the best way to delete the data and restart without having this exception problems thrown at you?

thanks and regards

Alex

Also: Please uncheck Tools->Options->Data->Save chart data as historical and try again.

Thanks for the quick reply Dierk. I have no antivirus running since I am using an ubuntu linux machine with XP on virtualbox emulatation since purchasing my nt license a few years back. I did turn off save data on historical, and tried deleting GC from the database while connected and got the same error after delete. See below. However in this case I was able to click on the reload historical data after and have no issues. I think this solves my issue, just no sure if this unhandled thread exception is normal.

Sorry I would not know what locks the file on your Ubunutu setup.
