Error in Loading

Hi NT Support,

I get the "Error on loading Chart date for 6A 03-10 Globex"

Please see detailed information attached.

All other Charts are loading all right.

I get the information when I open the NT application as well as when I connect to IQ-Feed and again when I connect to Zen-fire trough Mirus Futures.

I have tried to right clich on chart and "Reload Histiric Data" as well as trough "Tools" > "Historic Data" > "Reload"

But in both caces it start to reload but never finnish ( at least not with in 1 hour) and I only ask for Reload of minutte charts for 7 days)

While I try to load the NT application totally frezes and nothing can be done.


Please advise how I can get my chart up runnning again.

I managed to solve the problem by repairing the DB.

I found related link that posted a matching problem.
