Zen + Esignal

Hi

If i have Zen as my main connection and Esignal as my backup and I request an instrument that is not in Zen but is in Esignal (e.g. UK Equity). With Ninja automatically know to go to Esignal for the data.

Hi,

Best is to change your connection, connect to eSignal first and Zen-Fire second. That way you will look at eSignal data and when you want to submit an order in your Zen-Fire account, it will automatically be routed to this account.

But will it not work as I described ... it is just the Zen Data is far better than the Esignal Data do in real-time I'd much rather be going to Zen first

Thank you for your reply.

In the Zen-Fire connection, you would need to set eSignal as the backup, then all would work as you are looking for.

To do so:
From the Control Center, click Tools > Account Connections.
In the account connections menu, select the Zen-Fire connection, then click Change.
In the screen where you give the connection a name, you can set the backup data provider.
