TrackData Problems

Hi:
For downloading (long)historical intraday data I prefer TrackData to IB.

But I tried to connect to TrackData (Im a user of MyTrack which is the same as TrackData, right?) but it never worked.
Theres a constant message:"Connecting-TrackData" but it is stuck.
Please tell me what to do
