Please add a Time or DataTime Property Type

It would be nice to be able to declare a Property as something like a Time, DateTime or TimeSpan datatype. This would make it easier to change the value of a property that represents TIME.

ie: have a small ellipsis button appear which pops up a dialog that lets you qiuckly set the time.
Useful for setting Session Start/End times. Or Times that your indicator / strategy with examine or trade.

This would require that you provide the TypeConverter, UITypeEditor & maybe Serialization.

I've seen many traders having issues setting their SessionStart/End times due to not getting precisely the correct syntax for time eg: not leaving a space between the mins & the AM/PM. So I felt then needed more assistance with this Time[x] types of Data.
