Trying to Access Interactive Brokers Spot Forex from Instrument Mgr
I am able to connect as Sim 101 and add a new instrument associated with USD/JPY Spot Forex for Interactive Brokers. When I connect to my IB account, I can no longer see Currencies under the list of Master instrument Types. And I can not see the new Currency instrument I added under the Sim 101 act. It is in the Portfolio list and I can add it to a chart
but the chart never gets populated with any data. Does NinjaTrader support trading Forex Currencies through IB? I see that I can access Forex Futures but I really want to acess the Spot Forex. If anyone has been able to set up what I am asking about, can you give me a quick heads up on how to accomplish that. I am stuck without it. Thanks! |

FOREX trading through IB is not supported by NT at this time.

Is it only Gain Capital that you offer support?
Is there any immediate plans to offer this? are there any other brokers you support besides GAIN? |

Right now NT only supports FOREX trading through GAIN. We will make announcements as we plan on supporting additional FOREX brokers.
