NT 6.5.1000.14 IB TWS Build 898.4 Windows Vista
For some reason AUDNZD is plotting completely the wrong data series or inverting it (past midnight and I'm going to bed...) ! All other pairs plotting correctly; correct data in TWS. Price should be around 1.2430, not 0.9426. What's happening !? |

Hello,
Thank you for your post. Can you please upgrade your TWS version to the most current supported version from the following link. http://www.ninjatrader-support2.com/...nstall_900.exe Then please go to Tools-->Historical Data-->Delete and then delete the historical minute data for the AUDNZD. When finished please right click on your chart and select Reload Historical Data.

Hi,
Can you reset your instruments under Tools--> Options--> Misc tab--> Reset Instruments. If that doesn't work, send an email to support at ninjatrader, referring to this post and with in the subject 'For Vince'. Make sure to log out and then include your username and password so we can test on our end. Vince

Hey, Vince ... it's "kinda, sorta" fixed !!!
Check out the screenshot - I have no idea why it's done what it's done, but I am assumng that as the last five H4 bars are at the correct scale level, it will plot correctly in future ... Very strange... and thanks for your help. Btw, can you give me an up-to-date link for Version 7 progress, please (the one I searched is broken) ? |
