Error on loading chart data...

Hi,

I'm getting the error message when I first connect to my broker (using TT connection):

"Error on loading chard data for 'TF 03-10 lpe'. NinjaTrader data server does not support this instrument, no data available.'

I'm getting past data fine for NQ, ES. I contacted my broker and they said it's a Ninja issue. Any advice?

Are you receiving live data for the TF instrument within your NinjaTrader chart but no historical data?

Are you currently using a free simulation license key or a Live NinjaTrader license key?

Hi Folls,

Unfortunately historical data is not available at this time for the TF instrument when connected to Trading Technologies since it uses the IPE Exchange.

In order to receive historical data for this instrument you would need to connect to a provider that offers this data.

I have provided a link below to the data providers supported by NinjaTrader. This page will go over the types of data they offer as well as the instruments they support.
