Can i use FileSystemWatcher to monitor a file and trigger a running strategy ?

Unfortunately I am not familiar with that, but generally speaking you can use whatever C# you want as long as you program it correctly. This would be outside the scope of what we can offer support for doing though. Good luck and happy holidays.
