Hi, I looked through the forum, but couldn't find the solution, so please help me here:
Today I made (say) 500$ on my 5k account. However, when I look for the cumulated profit, it shows .10%, the max drawdown is .11%, etc the percents are all 1/100 of the correct amount, how can I remove the decimal point on percentages, so it is accurate? |

also, right now it's showing two accounts in the performance windows-the sim101, and the live account. I only want to see results from the live account
also, the commission charge is calculating at the wrong rate-how to set it up ? thanks |

thanks for your help
the percents are still using a decimal and percent .25%, instead of 25% for cumulated profit the accounts show correctly the commissions are right I think, now that the new day has reset the trades showing on the screen-and I click the right box to show today's executions, so that's probably going to be fine next week thanks again anyway to fix these percents? I guess not |

I have another important problem.
For the last 3 -4 weeks, my ninja trader program has been taking 1-2 hours, or even more, to load the data once it's connected. It just sits there, with nothing apparently happening. Can you please tell me how to rectify this situation thanks |

Unfortunately this is not supported in the Account Performance-tab.
