Cannot show volume of $SPX

It seems that the chart cannot display volume over a certain limit. I don't remember the limit right now but all recently daily volume of $SPX exceeds it. Volume is a critical part of my trading strategy. Any resolution on this? Thanks.

Thank you for the clarification.

Yes, this is a known issue and is based on the data type used for volume. With NinjaTrader 7 we are changing the way volume data is recorded that will prevent this type of spike. Please see the following link for more information.
