Default Text on chart plus left click on chart bars problems

When placing a text object directly on chart bars ...the object becomes immovable...

Plus, in NT7 you now have multiple conflicts of interest by left clicking on chart bars to highlight and potentially access the Data Seies window....NT6.5 was just much cleaner ...worked much better...in this respect.
