Default Missing Data..."Reload Historical Data" is Gray

I've had missing gaps in my data before but I've always been able to click on "Reload Historical Data". This morning this option is grayed out. I've even tried rebooting my computer. I have a Zenfire connection through AMP trading. I have the latest version of NT installed. Any ideas?

We had an issue with the data server, which is resolved - please reconnect and reload the charts.
