I set the border on my text box to black instead of the Active Caption color which is the default. I changed other parameters like width, opacity. I clicked "Set Default." Next time I open up a text box, the other parameters are still there, but the color of the text box outline is back to Active Caption, not black as I set the default. Happens to me every time.
Happens with other colors also. Happens on other charts also.

This is a bug which will be resolved with next update. Thanks for reporting.
