after setting up multi chart ( YM 40 range && YM 10 range ) bars are OK. If scrolling to the left bars tend to fade off. scrolling back or forward or pressing ctrl up/down makes sometimes visible but fading away starts again. This problem not showing in NT 7 beta 2. Is it possible to set up beta 2 instead of beta 3 till fixing ?

kittyan,
I am trying to reproduce, but do not know what you mean by "fade off". I scroll to the left and the bars all stay relatively the same.

hi Josh,
I tried to make screen shots but the saved picture made from within the chart contains the chart, but of course the saved picture remains empty if I make screenshot with PrtScr. I updated video driver, still having tha same problem. If I make the chart window small the chart tends to become visible, if I put it back to max size the bars in the chart window goes away. If I put the chart to 2 * 1680/1050 window size the bars goes away at above 2600 /1050 size window. Any idea? Yesterday with beta 2 this went OK. If yout try it use at least one and a half year 10 range data with the same other 20 range data with as large window as you can use. kittyan |

I could not reproduce anything out of the ordinary and am unsure what I am suppose to look for without a screenshot. You can save a picture simply by right clicking in the chart and selecting Save as image.

Josh,
please take a look at the attachment 1. my step to take a picture from within the chart, check it: ym_invisible_2 ( the picture is taken from outside ninja ). You can see the nothing on the chart, this is what I see after scrolling left, if I scroll more the chart comes back. 2. you can see the result, where the bars are visible but only in the saved file and not on the monitor ( date mismatch too ) : YM ##-## ... kittyan |

Josh,
I managed to set up the beta 2 back and with beta 2 the problems below do not exit at all. I hope you can use this. kittyan |

kittyan,
Unfortunately I can't reproduce. Please provide exact information regarding every aspect of the chart. Please provide every single setting for all series as well as the overall chart property settings. Please provide information as to whether you are connected or not and to which data provider.
