problem with soyabean chart
hi guys i am new to ninja trader and having problem opening soyabean chart. can anyone help.

Please see my response to the email you sent to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com regarding the same inquiry. "Can you please tell me what data feed you are connected to in NinjaTrader. What interval is used in the chart? Do you receive real-time data if you select the Soybeans in the Control Center? Please check if your data feed provider supports historical data for the interval used in the chart as per the link below. http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/HelpGuideV6/HistoricalData.html"

hi jason i am using zen fire as data provider and using symbol ZS 12-09 with 1 min chart interval.

i can view the chart now but it is stuck......like it is not moving . it is showing me the candle 30 min old and is not moving from there.
