Now that NT7 is adept at placing multiple dataseries on a single panel of a chart might you consider implementing a box bar as shown that more easily depicts multiple timeframes. (source: NeoTicker)

This actually should be a pretty simple hack by modifying candleclear for anyone who really wants it. Just draw from wick to wick and get rid of the fill.

I am not sure if this will do it since the candle outline does not span across the entire interval range which I believe is what box style would do.

The chart looks great Mark. I would love to have box bars implemented in NT7 some time in the future. It is like you have automatic support and resistance levels of higher timeframes (horizontal lines) with the beginning and the end time of the timeframe (vertical lines) all in one - very nice feature!

As a guy that's used Neoticker ,I can surely say the Box style is one that I
miss . Add one vote for making this a fairly high priority . thx |

Thanks Development Team . . . you guys nailed it in NT7B2 including ability to increase/decrease the width of a OHLC bar. Bravo!

One thing . . . should the Box Chart Style also be available from the drop down menu on the chart?

Data box shows info from two bars while on the same bar moving mouse left and right.
1. Load 60 min chart (Box chart style) 2. open data box 3. put your mouse in the center of the boxbar and slightly hover left and right without exiting out of the box. |
